Proposed continued use addendum: (buyer assumption of existing deferred property taxes based on present use valuation for property taxes) the property is currently in present-use valuation for property taxes. buyer intends to apply for immediate eligibility under the continued use exception (g.s. 105-277.3(b2)(1) . upon transfer of ownership to buyer, buyer agrees to accept responsibility for any and all deferred taxes due because of any disqualification that may occur and buyer accepts full liability for any existing deferred taxes that may arise.
