Just a few of the (112) campsites at Drakes Landing Campground. Each campsite has 30 & 50 amp electric service, and water is provided by the owner. Each camper pays for his own electricity. All campsites are on a septic system.

Drakes Landing Campground is a campground with many wooded lots - (112 total) some of which cannot be seen in this aerial shot. The current owners spent countless hours carving out beautiful lots that were easy to fill, partly due to the mature trees.

There are (2) electronic gates on site, one at the main entrance to Drake\'s Landing C/G (this gate has a card reader for tenants to use after hours, as well as a license plate reader), and the second gate is located at the front of The Gathering Place.

Drake\'s Landing C/G owners live on-site in this 50x60, 1200 sf, 1 bd/1 ba shop house. The open kitchen/living room floorplan has a vaulted ceiling, gas fp, and stained concrete floors. There\'s also an attached 40x50 garage and 12x24 screened porch.

This ice box sells with the campground. The ice machine, which also sells with the campground, is in The Gathering Place.

The 40x40 pavilion w/concrete slab & electricity is home to various bands who play concerts during the year for campers & their families. The pavilion is also where campers meet for potluck meals, chili cook-offs and Halloween costume contests.

40 x 40 Splash Pad...all commercial, all-powder-coated stainless components (pipes coming out of the ground, etc.) There is a 10 x 10 storage shed beside the splash pad that holds filters, etc. for the splash pad.)

Nice modern living room/kitchenette - just off the downstairs sleeping area, and full bath w/stand-alone shower. Upstairs has a nice double loft area that sleeps (4) more. There\'s even a cute little sitting area between the two sleeping areas upstairs.
