A Lucian Hood designed home with large rooms, great views and luxury features not found in most new construction homes. Here you see the Pave Stone circle driveway with plenty of extra parking area.
-
The clean lines of Traditional Architecture will welcome your guests in classic style. Enjoy your tour.
-
The Entry Foyer greets all who enter the home with a display of the quality and spaciousness found throughout.
-
This is in the rear part of the Foyer between the Living Room on the right and the Dining Room on the left. Here we enjoy a bit of classic antique style. It would also be the perfect place for a grand piano.
-
The well appointed wood paneled Study is located off the Foyer and inculdes built-in bookcases and cabinets. The ten foot high ceilings on the first floor are complemented by eight foot, solid wood doors and eye-pleasing trimwork in all the right places. The only exception to the standard ceiling height just mentioned is the twenty-one foot high ceilings in the Foyer.
-
Leaving the Study and on our way to the Living Room we can\'t help but notice the free standing staircase and the unique granite floor which has been laid in a mosaic pattern.
-

As we head towards the Dining Room, a few comments for those of you who have homebuilding knowledge, the crown moulding in the Foyer, Living Room and Dining Room is all six-piece crown. The ceiling / floor joists are 2 X 12 open truss with 2 X 6 T&G on top and the oak wood floors on the first floor are nailed to 2 X 6 wood screeds which were set in hot tar, (old school best practice). All framing lumber is #2. All attic areas and roof are covered in radient barrier. 95% of attic space is decked, plus more.
-
Dining Room picture #!: Looks large in the picture because it is large. (Measuring 22\' X 13\') This is a perfect place to host those special dinners with friends and family. The wall of French doors and side panels are the same as those in the Living Room. This helps the already large rooms \"live big\". The table pictured here is over eleven feet long. This room would easily accommodate a sixteen foot long table, should the need exist.
-
Dining Room #2: These French doors are double pane, tented glass and argon gas filled for the sake of energy efficiency. These doors are used for all of the first floor south facing walls and sixty percent of the second floor south facing walls. If you have a beautiful view, why not enjoy it?
-
This sunny Breakfast Room will help ensure everyone enjoys a great start to their day. Next to the breakfast table you will notice the planning desk which includes a file drawer. The walls in the Breakfast Room and Kitchen were hand painted and include custom art work.

The Laundry Room: This has all of the necessary hook-ups for two washer / dryer sets. Both gas and electric dryer connections are available. There is plenty of cabinet and counter space, plus another composit granite sink By Franke. This sink even makes a great infant bath tub. To the left of the window is a wall mounted ironing board so those things requiring some attention as they come out of the dryer can be quickly delt with. In front of the two washing machines pictured is a floor drain, just in case.
-
The Garage: Wi-Fi enabled garage door opener makes it possible to verify if you closed it when you get to work. There are two built-in wall mounted heaters and an insulated overhead garage door to help keep the room warm during the cool time of year should you need to be out there working on a project.
-
We have finished our tour of the first floor. Now we go up to the second floor to look around.
-
The Landing on the second floor at the top of the stairs is large enough for a game table where you can spend some family time playing board games with the kids. Out side the Landing is the roof covered balcony. See the next picture to enjoy the view.

The view out the rear of the Landing: You back door neighbors are hundreds of feet away.
-

-
Secondart Bedroom #2: The other secondary bedroom (Aka \"Jill\") is now being used as a Gym).

-
Owner\'s Suite #2: The view from the balcony. Interesting note: The brick floor is re-purposed, circa 1892 brick from Coffeyville, Kansas. Does anyone know what happened there on Oct. 5,1892?
-
Owner\'s Suite #3 The Dressing Room which includes fourty one seperate drawers, an abundance of cabinet space and JADO plumbing fixtures.
-
Owner\'s Suite #4 The Kohler, Jacuzzi bath is located in it\'s own room, opposite a wall of deep, floor to ceiling linen storage cabinets. The shower room is adjacent to this room, but not pictured.
-
Owner\'s Suite #5 This is the Sitting Room where you can get away from it all. Watch a favorite television program, read that book you\'ve been meaning to finish, listen to music or just put your feet up and relax.
-
Owner\'s Suite #6 Yes, there is a wet bar in the Sitting Room which includes a refrigerator with an ice maker, a microwave oven and a bar sink. There is a cabinet for your stereo componets and the surround sound speakers are already installed. -
Yes, the home also has a large climate controlled, walk-in Cedar closet where you can safely store your out-of-season wardrobe. There is over 31 feet of hanging rod availability and ample shelf space.

Rear of the home, view #1 The rear yard is 85\' wide and the distance from the rear of the patio to the fence is 50\'
-
Rear of the home, view #2. The black and white thing to the left of the home is a 60 KW Generac Generator. It\'s powerful enough to run everything in this home. Actually, it could run two homes this size.
-
Rear of the home, view #3: A sidewalk connects the rear yard to the front yard down the sidewalk in the picture.
-
Standing in the rear yard looking over the hedge. The Sweetwater Country Club is down at the end of this fairway. All sorts of activities and fine dining possibilities are found there. This is a beautiful course.
