short ride 35 miles to big boulder for the wmmr cardboard classics and some skying, close to shopping and major roads to get into town. the golf course down the street should be maintained and running again, when? (it was currently for sale for $2m but instead of a sale its being leased.) the neighboring homes are higher in price...which makes the location more desirable. make an offer based on the information provided and let's make this work. handy? if not there are local builders. we are more involved and knowledgeable of the value in this land and the fact of the location and that it is up against 600 acres that could possibly be non-buildable but again this info is the buyer's due diligence. great opportunity! great home!
