Seasonal site - april 15 through november 15. “glamping” - glamorous camping - a way to enjoy the beach without sacrificing the comfort of home, and with a touch of style and luxury. this 2023 forest river is the sierra luxury 39flrb-model. it is +43’ with 5 power slides, and it easily sleeps 6 people. this “5th wheel” rv has a spacious, elevated living room with two sleep sofas, a double recliner, a retractable tv, and an electric fireplace. the kitchen has a dinette area, lots of cabinet space, quartz countertops, a large sink island with side pop-ups for more prep space, and a full-size stainless steel appliances. the appliances include a gas range, built-in convention microwave, and a french door fridge with a bottom freezer. the main bedroom features a king-size bed and is en suite. that bathroom has a large stall shower and a double sink vanity. there is also a laundry closet in the bath with a hook up for a stackable washer and dryer. there is a half bath off of the kitchen, too, so if you have quests using the sleep sofas, they don’t have to enter the main bedroom at night. the rv has an outdoor power awning and a wet-bar kitchenette with a mini fridge. so many exterior storage compartments, but sea air does allow sheds if you want to add one. for entertainment, you’ll find a radio/cd player and indoor and outdoor speakers. sea air village is the closest rv park to the famous rehoboth boardwalk & beaches - approx 2.5 miles. if you don’t feel like driving to the beach, dart has a bus stop near the community entrance at the ihop restaurant (and the buses have bike racks). if you feel like staying close to home, sea air has two pools - a standard pool and a wading pool for the little ones. they also have a community center, a pavilion, a playground, and basketball courts. water & sewer are included in the lot rent; homeowner pays electric (delmarva power) and fuel (lp gas). discounted “seasonal” cable packages may be available from comcast/xfinity. sea air village requires the buyer to apply to the park for acceptance as a resident (all adults 18-years-of-age or older must apply). acceptance is based on income verification, credit bureau check & a criminal background check. closing cost will include a 4.25% delaware dmv title fee. per the seller, the park requires the installation of skirting/lattice after the second season, so the buyer would be responsible for that upgrade in their 2026 season. seasonal fee for 2025 is $5,870 (seller has paid the $750 deposit to hold this lot for the 2025 season).
