one thing i love about this condo unit is the unique feature of the bedrooms being on opposites of the unit, separated by the kitchen and living room - so it's very private. this is the best location in the rossmoor park community. it's the 2nd floor, high enough for extreme privacy but also overlooks the jacuzzi, the pool and only 60 feet from the gym (so no excuses).
