Company: Buy Owner of South Florida
Description: You will run pre-set, confirmed, in-home appointments to sell real estate marketing plans to homeowners on a one-call basis. You will receive between 1 and 2 appointments per day at maximum. Commissions are paid weekly, and our top closers will earn $100K or more in 2009. Average performers make between $60k and $85k. This means you can make between $1,500 and $2,500 per week in commissions.
About Us: Buy Owner is the nation’s oldest and largest real estate advertising company. We are currently looking for ONE top-performing representative for the South Florida market which includes Palm Beach county, Broward, and Miami-Dade. We help homeowners sell their properties quickly in today’s crowded real estate market by providing local, national, and global advertising.
Job Responsibilities: Pre-set appointments last an average of 2-3 hours each. Driving time will vary as you will have appointments as far as a 2 hour drive away from home. Meet prospects in their homes to discuss their needs as it relates to the sale of their home; make a presentation to them outlining a Buy Owner-based solution and secure a real estate marketing contract; turn in photos, notes, and paperwork to our in-house advertising development team.
Requirements Job Requirements
- Must have a teachable attitude
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Must have a verifiable track record of sales success
- Must have reliable transportation, a digital camera, laptop (with aircard)
- Must be computer literate (Word, PDF, email, web browsers)
- Must complete the required training program
Compensation and Benefits:
This is an independent contractor position and you must be incorporated as either an S-corp or C-corp to be given leads. As such, there are no benefits as this is not an offer of employment. However, there are large commission checks and freedom awaiting you if you are a top closer.
